Tom, Sometime in 2000 I taxied out behind a United Airbus who was taxiing like a snail (they were in contract talks)in Orlando. I asked Ground control what this "Bozo" was upto. And to ground controls credit they gave him a turn and parked him so I could pass. I do not feel operational slowdowns are kosher and American did it correctly. Just my 2 cents, Roger Moore
