Aviation "Humorous Sayings"
A very, very long time ago, the following words were heard: "Of all the birds that fly, the parrot talks the best and flys the poorest."
They made a bit of sense and were remembered during my flying career.
An attempt to determine the origin of this "saying" on "Bing" failed to produce a result.
Do any of you old timers recall having heard the words or know who first spoke/wrote them?
My guess would be the Quiet Birdman organization or the Army Air Corps training Command.
