Well, this sucks. My dad used his last equity miles for a flight to CAI on...10/1. What timing.
Last time I had a problem, the "800" supervisors were useless, and read form a manual. They will give the usual line that they will be accomodated on another carrier, but in coach. They should be put on another carrier in business, or AA in business to CDG and then maybe coach from there. I eventually found a phone number for a real manager in STL. Alas, I lost the number.
