Jack Bernard Scott, 81, born on June 7, 1933, in Pittsburg, PA, earned his heavenly wings on December 10, 2014, in Winter Haven, Florida.
Jack earned his flight wings as a flight engineer, was based out of New York and was assigned to the TWA Star Stream fleet for 35 years. Jack also spent some time in the real estate industry.
Jack spent his retirement with his wife Joan, going to the beach, golfing and enjoying his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved babysitting Lilly, aka Swiffer. While Jack was the captain in the air, he was also the patriarchal captain to our family. He has left behind a beautiful legacy of laughter, love, and family.
He is survived by Joan, his loving wife of 52 years; children Patricia, George (Patti), Esther and Jack (Rhonda); 9 grandchildren: Bonnie (David), Melissa (Scott), Kylie (Adam), Scott, Rita (Josh), Ketcher, Amy, Jack and Kristin; 6 great grandchildren: Alexis, Kaitlyn, Aubree, Emilee, Nolan and Phillip.
Rest in Peace, Captain Scott
