a friend of mine is a pilot for united and he told me the reason the pilot don't wear thier cap while on duty is because. they are only paid while inflight and when not in flight they are not getting paid and in their contract united will take care of them where ever they go. pi;ots want to be paid all the time they are on land and in the air. they have a salary but they are not paid enough and should be paid the whole time they are on duty and the same flight attendence. so they just don't wear their cap just to show them big guys they want more money and they don't like the way they are being paid. bob
