In conversation today with a retired"Native American" he advised as the AA union in concert with AA are intent on deleting the protections for TWA pilots and closing the STL domicile. Are there any inputs out there on this subject.. Roger A.C. Moore Retired 767 AA Captian (Thankfully)

That will be an interesting fight. I've heard the same elsewhere. But APA and AA signed the agreement, so breaking it might involve significant legal issues unless the agreement has amendable dates or drop dead provisions. This should be interesting, especially if they try to impose it on the TWAers by fiat as the history of APA and AA would suggest. They might better do it with incentives or some other guarantees, fences or whatever. Why now?

Bob

The labor movement started its decline with Ronnie and the traffic controllers and reached a bottom under Georgie W.(Bush). Nowhere to go but up now. IMO
