 - Robert "Bob" McKloskeywas born on September 29, 1936, in Monmouth, IL, to Robert T. McLoskey and Elizabeth Dickson.

He graduated from Monmouth College in 1958 with a BA in Physics, was inducted into its Athletics Hall of Fame in 1989, and was a member of Theta Chi.

He joined the Navy in 1959, after graduating first in his class, and eventually retired as a Captain from the Naval Reserve. He spent his career as a pilot for TWA.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years JoAnn; his children Lansing and wife Kathleen, Brendon, Keegan, Katherine, and Meghan and husband Jared Brown; his sisters Anne Romine and Margaret McNitt; and his grandchildren Kyrie, Kai, Degan, Jahkiya, Sofia, Gabriella, and James.

He was preceded in death by his sister Mary Toal and son-in-law Steve Boyle.

According to the TWA Seniority List of 1998 and TARPA's Master Pilot's List. the name is Bob McLoskey. The obit shows McKloskey.

In any case we have lost a fine friend.
